Ways We Can Work Together

How I Work

I don’t offer one-size-fits-all wellness solutions or short-term fixes.

My work is holistic, contextual, and shaped around the whole woman her body, her history, her environment, and the stage of life she is currently moving through. How we work together depends on what you are experiencing, what feels available to you right now, and the kind of support that would genuinely be useful.

All of my work is guided by my proprietary framework, Precision Wellness by Alicia, which considers wellbeing through lived context rather than isolated symptoms or goals.

Begin With Clarity

The Women’s Wellness Clarity Assessment is a reflective starting point for women who feel that something is shifting, unsettled, or no longer working  but don’t yet have clear language or direction. It offers space to consider how areas such as energy, stress, sleep, body awareness, habits, and life demands may be interacting for you right now.

It is not a diagnosis and it does not prescribe solutions. Instead, it helps you orient yourself and decide what kind of support, if any, feels appropriate. Many women begin here before choosing how they would like to work with me.

Contextual 1:1 Work

I work with a small number of women at a time through longer-term, holistic 1:1 support. This work is designed to offer space  not pressure  and to support meaningful change over time rather than quick adjustments. Women come to this work for many different reasons.   Our work together may include areas such as hormonal health through perimenopause or menopause, skin health, nutrition, energy, stress patterns, or feeling more centred and at home in the body.

It may also involve slowing down, reconnecting inwardly, and making sense of what you are carrying  physically, emotionally, and practically. Rather than separating these areas, I work with the whole woman and her lived experience. Nothing is treated in isolation. What we focus on is shaped collaboratively, responding to what feels most relevant and supportive for you. Most 1:1 work takes place within 3–6 month containers, with limited spaces available at any one time. This allows room for reflection, integration, and sustainable change without rushing or overload.

Learning, Insight & Guided Tools

Not every woman wants or needs ongoing 1:1 support. Some are seeking understanding, language, and perspective that helps them relate to their wellbeing differently. Alongside my 1:1 work, I offer educational resources, guided reflections, and learning tools that provide access to my approach and thinking.

These are designed to support self-enquiry, clarity, and informed decision-making, without the commitment of longer-term personal work. These offerings are for women who want to engage thoughtfully with their wellbeing while maintaining autonomy over how they apply what they learn.

Personalised Weight & Metabolic Support

This is one of the ways I work with women through longer-term, contextual support. Rather than focusing on weight in isolation, this work explores metabolism, energy, hormones, stress patterns, and lived experience  recognising that body changes rarely have a single cause.

Support is shaped through the Precision Wellness by Alicia framework and adapts over time, responding to what your body is communicating rather than applying rigid plans or targets.

DNA & Epigenetics

Optional biological insight that may help explain individual differences in metabolism, stress response, and weight regulation.

Nutrition

Metabolic nourishment that supports blood sugar stability, energy, and hormone balance through realistic, non-restrictive approaches.

Movement

Appropriate movement to support metabolism, muscle health, insulin sensitivity, and nervous system regulation.

Sleep & Recovery

Supporting circadian rhythm, rest quality, and recovery as foundational elements of metabolic health.

Environment & Lifestyle

Exploring how daily routines, environment, and lived pressures shape health behaviours and outcomes.

Working in Longer-Term
Support

This work is offered within longer-term containers, allowing space for reflection, integration, and sustainable change. It is not designed for quick fixes or short-term interventions, but for women seeking depth, understanding, and support that works with real life.

If you’re unsure which service is the right place to begin, a discovery call offers space to talk things through.

This is a relaxed conversation to explore what you’re experiencing and whether working together feels like the right fit.
