The Method ​

Precision Wellness by Alicia is my proprietary framework for understanding and supporting women’s health as a connected system rather than a collection of symptoms.  The Precision Wellness Wheel, is  framework of eight interconnected pillars that support whole-woman health.

Within Precision Wellness by Alicia, each pillar influences the others. When one area is out of balance, such as sleep or chronic stress, its effects are felt across the body, impacting energy, hormones, skin health, mood, and overall wellbeing.

By working with the whole system rather than isolated symptoms, Precision Wellness by Alicia supports a more informed, sustainable, and aligned approach to long-term health.

How Your Journey Begins

Step 1: Free Discovery Session

Our work begins with a 45-minute discovery conversation. This is a space to explore what’s bringing you here, what support you’re looking for, and whether working together feels aligned  without pressure or expectation.

Step 2: Intake Form

If we decide to move forward, you’ll receive an intake form that allows me to understand your health history, lifestyle, and priorities in context. This helps shape our work before we meet, rather than starting from the surface

Step 3: Your First Session

Your first session is where the work begins. Using your intake insights, and where relevant the Precision Wellness Wheel and optional testing, we start to map a personalised pathway that reflects your needs, pace, and lived reality. There is no fixed starting point or rigid timeline  the journey unfolds collaboratively, guided by what feels most supportive for you.

The Role of Testing

Within Precision Wellness by Alicia, functional DNA testing is an optional tool, used to offer deeper insight rather than to diagnose or define health.

When appropriate, testing can help explore how genetics may interact with lifestyle, environment, and daily habits. Reports may highlight patterns related to areas such as energy regulation, stress response, sleep rhythms, nutrient processing, and skin or metabolic pathways.

My role is to support you in understanding this information in a clear, grounded way using insight to inform choice, not create labels or pressure. Whether or not testing forms part of your journey, all recommendations are shaped through the wider Precision Wellness framework and your lived context.

Where useful, testing can be revisited over time to observe shifts, reflect progress, and refine support as your needs evolve.
