How We Begin

An intentional, context-led way of beginning

Working together is a considered process.

My work is not designed for urgency or volume. It is designed for depth, alignment, and sustainability  which means we begin slowly and with care.

The steps below outline how the journey typically begins.

Step 1: Initial Discovery Conversation

Our work begins with a 45-minute discovery conversation.

This is a space to explore what has brought you here, what support you are seeking, and whether working together feels aligned. There is no pressure to commit and no expectation beyond honest conversation.

This step allows both of us to assess fit.

If we decide to move forward, you’ll receive a detailed intake that allows me to understand your health history, lifestyle, priorities, and current context.

This is not a formality. It shapes how I hold the work from the very beginning. Rather than starting at the surface, we begin with understanding.

Step 2: Contextual Intake & Reflection

Step 3: Your First Session

Your first session is where the work begins to take shape.

Using your intake insights and, where relevant, the Precision Wellness Wheel, we start to orient around what matters most for you at this point in your life.

There is no fixed starting point or rigid timeline. The journey unfolds collaboratively, guided by relevance, pace, and capacity.

.

About Containers & Commitment

I typically work within longer containers rather than single sessions.

This allows:

  • space for patterns to emerge

  • time for habits to embed

  • room for nervous system regulation

  • work that honours past, present, and future context

The specific structure is discussed after the initial conversation and shaped around what is most appropriate for you.

A Final Note

This work is not about doing more.

It is about understanding more clearly  and moving forward in a way that feels grounded, supported, and sustainable.

If you’re drawn to this way of working, the next step is simply a conversation.

Personalised Weight & Metabolic Support

This is one of the ways I work with women through longer-term, contextual support. Rather than focusing on weight in isolation, this work explores metabolism, energy, hormones, stress patterns, and lived experience  recognising that body changes rarely have a single cause.

Support is shaped through the Precision Wellness by Alicia framework and adapts over time, responding to what your body is communicating rather than applying rigid plans or targets.

DNA & Epigenetics

Optional biological insight that may help explain individual differences in metabolism, stress response, and weight regulation.

Nutrition

Metabolic nourishment that supports blood sugar stability, energy, and hormone balance through realistic, non-restrictive approaches.

Movement

Appropriate movement to support metabolism, muscle health, insulin sensitivity, and nervous system regulation and your enjoyment

Ancestral & Indigenous Wisdom

Ancestral and cultural context is considered where relevant, supporting insight into stress load, resilience, and metabolic patterns over time.

Sleep & Recovery

Supporting circadian rhythm, rest quality, and recovery as foundational elements of metabolic health.

Environment & Lifestyle

Exploring how daily routines, environment, and lived pressures shape health behaviours and outcomes.

Belonging, Connection & Shared Space

Wellbeing does not happen in isolation.

Where appropriate, connection and shared support are considered as part of sustainable change, helping reduce isolation and support steadier progress over time.

Working in Longer-
Term Support

This work is offered within longer-term containers, allowing space for reflection, integration, and sustainable change. It is not designed for quick fixes or short-term interventions, but for women seeking depth, understanding, and support that works with real life.
