Why should I give you 10–15 minutes of my time?

WOMEN'S WELLNESS CLARITY ASSESSMENT 

The Women’s Wellness Clarity Assessment is a short, structured check-in designed to help you reflect on how you are currently experiencing your health, energy, and overall wellbeing.

It is not a test, a diagnosis, or a treatment plan.
It does not attempt to fix or label.

Instead, it offers a practical space to pause, take stock, and put language to what may be influencing your wellbeing right now.

The questions combine reflection and practical insight. You are encouraged to respond honestly, in your own words, and to skip anything that does not feel relevant.

Your responses also contribute to the development of future wellness resources and support that are realistic, grounded, and genuinely useful for women.

At the end of the assessment, you will have the option to request a short insight or resource based on your responses. This is completely optional.

WHO IS THIS ASSESSMENT FOR 

This assessment may be helpful if you:

• feel consistently tired, stretched, or mentally overloaded
• sense that something feels out of balance but cannot quite define it
• are navigating change, transition, or increased responsibility
• want greater clarity around what kind of support may be helpful at this stage

WHAT TO EXPECT 

• Approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete
• No right or wrong answers
• No obligation to book a service or take any further step
