Women’s Holistic Wellness Practitioner
My work in women’s wellness has grown from a deep interest in understanding how women experience health within the realities of their lives.
Over time I became increasingly aware that many approaches to wellness treat health as though it exists separately from the conditions women are living within.
Yet in practice I repeatedly saw how responsibilities, environment, stress, relationships, culture, and life stage all influence how health is experienced.
This understanding continues to shape how I work with women today.

My Background
Education, experience, and practice-led
understanding
My work is informed by a combination of formal healthcare education, specialist study across women’s health and holistic wellbeing, and years of applied experience working directly with women.
I studied healthcare at the University of West London, before continuing my education through accredited training in areas including women’s health practice, functional genomics, nutrition, menopause support, eating psychology, acupressure, holistic skincare, and mind–body approaches to wellbeing.
Alongside formal education, much of my understanding has developed through facilitating workshops, creating educational spaces, and working closely with women to better understand the realities shaping their health and wellbeing.
My Approach
Women’s Holistic Wellness Practitioner
I take a contextual, whole-person approach to women’s wellness.
Rather than focusing only on symptoms or isolated lifestyle habits, I look at the wider influences shaping a woman’s wellbeing. These may include biological responses, daily rhythms, environmental conditions, personal history, relationships, responsibilities, and life stage.
By considering these influences together, it becomes possible to understand health in a way that reflects the complexity of women’s lives.
A central part of my work is supporting women to develop a deeper understanding of their own health so that they feel confident navigating wellbeing decisions across different stages of life
The Precision Context Model™
Through my work with women, these ideas gradually developed into what I now call the Precision Context Model™. The model reflects the understanding that women’s health cannot be separated from the context of the lives women are living. Biological processes, environmental conditions, social roles, daily rhythms, and lived experiences all interact to shape wellbeing.
The Precision Context Model™ now informs both my work with women and the wider professional work of the Women in Wellness Collective.
Supporting Women to Understand Their Health
A significant part of my work is helping women develop greater clarity around their own wellbeing.
I believe that women benefit from having the knowledge, perspective, and confidence to engage with their health in informed and thoughtful ways.
Rather than overwhelming women with information, my role is to translate research-informed knowledge into understanding that is accessible, relevant, and meaningful within the context of a woman’s life.
Today
Today my work includes supporting women through my practice, developing the Precision Context Model™, and contributing to wider conversations around women’s health through the Real Talk, Real Wellness podcast and the Women in Wellness Collective.
Across all of these areas, my focus remains the same helping women understand their wellbeing within the full context of the lives they are living.
